In 2025, our company launched the new generation DH series two-stage extruder, which has undergone batch verification by multiple customers, demonstrating superior overall line performance compared to traditional solutions. This series utilizes a single-stage twin-screw extruder for mixing and degassing, while a single-stage single-screw extrudes under stable pressure, making it particularly suitable for processing high-filler, high-viscosity, and high-volatile materials.
Structurally, the single-stage twin-screw employs a high-torque gearbox and fine mixing elements, resulting in enhanced plasticizing capabilities; the single-stage single-screw optimizes the compression ratio for more stable material output. The new system incorporates dual-zone vacuum degassing, increasing volatile matter removal by 28% and producing denser granules.
In testing a PP + 80% CaCO₃ high-filler system, the DH series achieved a stable output of 2 tons/hour, with energy consumption reduced by 10% compared to conventional solutions. Particle gloss and particle consistency were significantly improved.
Currently, the DH series is in successful mass production and has become a core recommended solution for high-filler material companies.
