In February 2025, our company officially launched the new generation TSE-75 high-torque twin-screw extruder. This model features a comprehensive upgrade from the original structure, adopting the latest generation high-torque gearbox, modular barrel, and optimized mixing component combination, resulting in significant breakthroughs in stability, capacity, and energy efficiency.
The new model boasts a maximum torque of 15 Nm/cm³ and a maximum speed of 850 rpm, meeting the demands of demanding processes such as high-filler masterbatch, engineering plastic blending, and biodegradable material modification. Through optimized aspect ratio and venting structure, the equipment's venting efficiency is improved by approximately 25%, effectively reducing black spots and bubbles and improving product consistency.
In terms of energy consumption, the new model introduces a permanent magnet motor and energy-saving control system, reducing overall energy consumption by 12% compared to the previous generation. Pilot line data shows that in a high-filling process with 70% PP+CaCO₃, the output can stably reach 1.2 tons/hour, with material temperature fluctuations controlled within ±3℃.
To adapt to the intelligent needs of modern factories, the new generation TSE-75 is equipped with a brand-new PLC control system, supporting remote monitoring, formula management, data acquisition and analysis, and can be connected to enterprise ERP/MES systems to achieve digital production management.
Currently, the first batch of TSE-75s has completed trial runs and entered the mass production stage, with the first overseas shipment expected in March. Several modified plastics companies have already scheduled sample testing, and customer feedback indicates that its performance is significantly superior to comparable equipment. This upgrade not only enhances product competitiveness but also marks a new stage for our company in the field of high-end extrusion equipment.
